Globalization, as a double edge sword, has promoted the development in global economy and politics and conceived the side effect of global terrorism. At present, the root cause, activity, means and menace for terrorism are worldwide, which has become a new significant factor affecting post cold war international relation. The success in anti terrorist struggle during the age of globalization requires agreement, ration, justice and wisdom.
