沸石催化剂制备烷基苷的研究

摘要 以酸性沸石作为催化剂进行了葡萄糖与醇的苷化反应 ,反应过程中同时生成烷基呋喃型葡萄糖苷和吡喃糖苷。氢型β -沸石等具有三维孔道结构的沸石催化剂用于苷化反应可以得到 95 %左右的苷化收率 ,对烷基呋喃型葡萄糖苷和吡喃糖苷总选择性可达 Glucosidation of D-glucose and n-butanol has been successfully carried on different acidic zeolite catalysts, and both butylglucofuranoside and pyranoside were obtained during the reaction. Those zeolites with large pore and 3D structure such as H-beta was proven to be the most suitable catalysts. The yield of glucosidation is about 95% and the total selectivity of butylglucofuranoside and pyranoside reachs about 98%.
