我国油气勘探经济评价面临问题的探讨

Discussion on problems of economic evaluation of oil-gas exploration.

油气勘探经济评价在目前的市场经济形势下显得越来越重要 ,已颁布的评价勘探工作的规定、标准有的已经不太适合。调研大量资料表明 ,当前勘探经济评价面临的主要问题是储量预测考虑因素较单一 ,储量价值确定模型过于简单 ,勘探科技成果价值不能合理评价 ,工业油流标准偏低 ,勘探地质风险不够重视等。文中对每项问题的解决提出了具体的建议。

Economic evaluation on oil-gas exploration is becoming more and more important in the present situation of market economy and some of the standards and regulations used for evaluation on exploration tasks have become unfit. Large amount of information investigated shows that the main problems existing in the present exploration economic evaluation are such as single factor for considering reserve prediction simple model for determing reserve value, improper evaluation on the value of exploratory achievements, low criteria for commercial oil flow and insufficient emphasis on exploration risk. Specific suggestions are made for solving every problem in this paper.
