摘要
以深井中的整体钻柱为研究对象 ,建立了深井钻柱一维纵向振动分析模型 ,采用动力有限元理论建立了描述钻柱振动的动力学方程 ,并且编制了一套钻柱纵向振动分析软件 ,最后使用该软件对深井实用的钻具组合针对不同的工况进行了分析计算。通过对现场的统计分析发现 ,该分析计算结果具有很高的实用价值 ,对今后深井钻进中提高钻井效率。
In this paper,one-dimensional vertical vibration model of deep well drilling string is estabilished.Dynamic equation of drill string vibration is formed based on dynamic finite element theory,and its vertical vibration analysis software is compiled.Through analysis and calculation of practical BHA for deep well using the software,the result shows that the software has higher practical value.It can make drilling efficiency increase,and drill tool failure decrease.
