分析比较了石化系统加油站油品交接的2种计量体制(即以商业质量为基础的油品交接计量体制和以体积为基础的油品交接计量体制)的利弊,就建立科学统一的加油站计量管理体制提出建议。

An analytical comparison is made between two measurement system(based on merchandise mass or volume respectively)for oil product transferring employed in SINOPEC oil service stations both on their merits and demerits,and several suggestions are proposed on the establishment of a general and scientific measurement system for oil service stations.
