XJL-LCX12/24钢丝圈联动生产线采用日本OMRON公司的SYSMACα型可编程控器实现全机自动控制,采用NT631-ST211-E触摸屏作为操作控制台,生产时调整规格快、故障率低,操作工劳动强度低,不失为当前生产斜交胎或乘用子午线轮胎矩形钢丝圈的优良设备。
This production line adopts SYSMAC α PLC made in Japan to realize the whole machine auto control Led,taking NT 631-sT211-E touch screen as operating desk,during process,sizes set fast,lower rate of fault,reducing strength of operator,it is the excellent machine for forming rectangular bead of bias and passenger radial tires.
