Experience Making HSE Management System File in Vendition Enterprise

从销售企业HSE管理规范、指南与集团公司HSE体系的对应关系以及在传统安全管理基础上“继承与创新”的管理特点二个方面进行了介绍,并结合试点和编制工作中的体会对实施HSE体系提出了针对性的建议。

HSE management criterion, direction and corresponding relationship to HSE system of SINOPEC Group Corp. were introduced in the vendition enterprise. On the basis of traditional safety management, characteristics of 'inheritance and creation' management were described also. In combination with the experience of the experiment and the workout, the suggestion was put forward for implementation of HSE system.
