摘要
本文介绍了用磷酸和稀碱联合精制掺渣油催化裂化所得柴油的方法;探索了该方法的有关实验条件;考察了氮化物对催化裂化柴油的颜色、胶质和沉渣的影响。实验表明,催化裂化柴油经碱洗后能脱除90%左右的硫醇硫;实验同样表明,酸洗能脱除大部分碱性氮化物和一部分中性氮化物,它具有明显的脱色、减少胶质和沉渣的作用。
The combined treating of RFCC diesel fuel with phosphoric acid and
aqueous NaOH solution is presented.The treating conditions and the influe-
nce of nitrogen compounds in the diesel fuel on product color,resin and sedi-
ment are studied.Results show that about 90% of mercaptan compounds in
the diesel fuel can be removed by 10% NaOH aqueous solution and most of
basic nitrogen compounds and some neutral nitrogen compounds in the diesel
fuel can be removed by phosphoric acid.The color of treated diesel fuel is
evidently improved.The resin and sediment are also reduced.
