摘要
对河北遵化所产的棕色板栗壳进行了色素提取和理化性能研究。研究表明 :板栗壳色素水溶性好 ,对光、热的耐受性强。当pH为4～14时 ,色素稳定性好。对于多种金属离子的作用不显著 ,色素对氧化剂H2O2 的耐受能力较差 ,对还原剂Na2SO3
The extraction,physical and chemical performance of brown chastnut shell,grown in Zunhua city of Hebei province were studied.It has good light resistance,heat resisting property and solution in water.Its stability is good when the pH is within 4～14.The pigment is not reacted too much with varied metal ions,it has less resistance capability against oxidizing agent-H2O2,and has better endurance capability against reducing agent-Na2SO3.
