尤里卡装置分馏塔结焦原因分析

THE CAUSE OF COKING IN THE FRACTIONATOR BOTTOM OF EUREKA UNIT

本文分析了扬子石化公司尤里卡装置在试运转过程中遇到的主要问题——分馏塔底严重结焦。讨论了渣油在一定温度下结焦的原因和机理。工业试验说明了加强分馏塔底搅拌和减少渣油在塔底停留时间的作用。这种分析所得到的结论已在目前尤里卡装置的长周期运转中得到证实。

The main operation problem of the Eureka unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation,i.e.the severe coking occurred in the bottom of the main fra- ctionator,is analyzed.The cause and mechanism of the coking of vacuum re- sidue under certain temperature are discussed.Commercial test shows the effect of enhancing agitation and reducing the residence time.The conclusion obtained by analysis has been varified by long period operation of the Eur- eka unit.
