石油化工科学研究院的润滑油基础油生产技术

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES OF LUBE BASE OIL DEVELOPED BY RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM PROCESSING

详细论述了中国石化石油化工科学研究院与有关炼厂合作 ,开发的一系列润滑油生产技术 ,如 :低芳烃环烷基润滑油的全氢型高压加氢工艺、加工中东原油采用传统工艺 ;加工中东原油或中间基原油采用溶剂精制———中压加氢组合工艺 ;加工中东原油采用异构脱蜡工艺生产高粘度指数基础油 。

In cooperation with relative refineries,a series of production technologies of lube oil have been developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing of SINOPEC,such as all hydrogen type high pressure hydrogenation technique of low aromatic naphthenic base lube oil,the HVI base oil productions from middle-east crude oil or intermediate base crude oil by tradtional technique,composite technique of solvent refining and medium-pressure hydrogenation,as well as isomeric dewaxing technique separately.Most of them has been applied to the industrial production.
