摘要
提出了一种新的 X 射线衍射定量相分析方法——吸收法,解决了无法得到待测晶相的标样或一组无非晶相的参考试样时含非晶相待测试样的定量问题。该方法测定的结晶度只与待测试样的衍射强度和相的质量吸收系数有关,并采用最小二乘法回归分析,降低误差。
A new method of quantitative phase analysis by absorption method of
X-ray diffraction is presented,in which the quantitative problem can be so-
lved when standard sample of a phase for analysis or a whole series of sa-
mples without amorphous composition can not be obtained.The erystallinity
thus determined,is only related to the diffraction intensity of samples for
analysis and the mass absorption coefficient of the phases.The least square
analysis method is used to process the experimental data for minimizing the
deviation.
