聚合物驱油已经成为部分油田稳产、挖潜、提高原油采收率的主要措施。但油田使用的聚合物抗盐性能比较差,因此配制聚合物驱油溶液用水必须经过严格处理,这样增大了处理的综合费用。为了降低聚驱中聚丙烯酰胺溶液的配制成本,室内合成了一种廉价、高络合能力络合剂DG-1。通过对比实验,评价了络合剂DG-1在聚丙烯酰胺溶液中的络合能力,以及络合剂的抗温稳定性、抗酸性、抗碱性和抗盐能力。结果表明,DG-1与EDTA的络合能力比为3:1,DG-1具有良好的络合稳定性,耐酸能力和耐碱能力强,适用于中性、弱碱水质配制条件;加入络合剂DG-1的聚合物溶液粘度稳定性好,DG-1形成的络合物耐温性能较强,可用于地面聚驱中聚合物溶液的配制,充分利用地表非饮用水或油田分离水,对节约水资源,保护环境有着重要意义。
Polymer flooding has become one of the main measures for improving oil recovery in some oilfields. However, because of the poor salt resistance of the polymer, the mixing water has to be treated, thus causing the increase of the total cost. To lower the mixing cost of the polyarylamide solution, a cheap complex compound DG-1 of better performance was synthesized. Its complexing capability, temperature tolerance, acid resistance, alkali and salt resistance were evaluated through comparing experiment. Results showed its higher complexing capability, better stability and alkali-salt resistance, and it was suitable for neutral or weak caustic water mixing. The polymer solution obtained better viscosity stability, when DG-1 was added into, and the complex compound had better temperature tolerance. Moreover, non-drinkable surface water could be used in polymer solution mixing, and this could save large amount of water resource and it's good for the environment.
