摘要 迪那11井位于库车坳陷东秋立塔克构造东倾末端1号构造带上。取心发现岩心顶部有2条相互平行长0.34mm、宽0.5~1.0 mm的半张开垂直缝,表明库车山前构造的井漏,既有水平裂缝漏失,又有垂直裂缝漏失,影响了现场对漏失类型判断以及采取相应的措施。通过分析堵漏材料的作用机理,选出3种不同密度的钻井液进行桥浆混水泥堵漏技术。经迪那11井应用表明,对于天然裂缝、诱导裂缝、高渗透非胶结地层发生的井漏,采用桥浆混水泥的技术进行堵漏,能够有效地解决井漏问题。但是为了提高堵漏成功率,应尽量缩短配浆时间,减少堵漏剂在地面的相互作用,才能取得良好的堵漏效果。桥浆混水泥堵漏技术操作简单,成本低谦,效果明显,可随漏随堵,满足了迪那11井施工要求。为高密度钻井发生井漏提供了一种有效的堵漏方法。 Well Dina-11 was drilled in Kuche slag of Tarim Basin, and serious lost circulation took place between 5520 m to 5750 m. Coring in this section found 2 parallel lines of half opened fractures with length of 0. 34 mm and width of 0. 5 to 1.0 mm, which showed that both horizontal and vertical fractures exist in this structure. By analyzing the working mechanisms of different kinds of lost circulation materials, 3 kinds of drilling fluids of various densities were selected for conducting the bridging fluid cement mixed plugging technology. The application in well Dina-11 showed that for the lost circulations in natural fractures, created fractures and highly permeable non-consolidated formations, this technology could effectively solve the problem of lost circulation. However, the mixing time should be shortened as short as possible, so to minimize the surface reaction of plugging agents and ensure good plugging. This technology is easy to operate, its cost is low and effect is remarkable. It met the field drilling requirements of well Dina-11, and provided an effective plugging method for curing lost circulation when drilling with high-density drilling fluid.
