摘要 鸡蛋膜正在成为环境学家和生物化学家关注的对象 ,本文先简要介绍了蛋膜的组成、结构和性能 ,然后综述了壳膜分离技术 ,最后从医药卫生、化妆品、轻工、分析测试和水处理 5个方面作了综述和展望。 The composition, structure and character of egg membrane were introduced, and the application of egg membrane in the field of medicine, cosmetics, light industy, analysis and water treatment were reviewed and expected.
