国产耐高温冷壁单双动滑阀及液压传动执行机构的应用

摘要 本文介绍了国内研制开发的耐高温冷壁单、双动滑阀及其电液传动执行机构在三套催化裂化装置上的应用情况。该新型电液滑阀具有行程速度在25~50mm/s(比原气动滑阀快5~10倍);推动力在42.9~54.9kN(为原气动滑阀的2.5~3.2倍);灵敏度高,负荷灵敏度不大于1/600(比原气动滑阀的负荷灵敏度高约1倍)等特点,适应了渣油催化裂化新工艺技术发展的需要。文中对该滑阀的使用和改造提出了一些看法。 The application of domestically made high temperature cold wall single and double powered slide valves in three commercial FCC units is presented.This new electrofluid slide valve is characterized by its movement velocity of 25~50mm/s(5~10 times higher than pneumatic ones), driving force of 42.9~54.9kN (2.5~3.2 times higher than pneumatic ones)and load sensitivity smaller than 1/600(one magnitude smaller than pneumatic ones). It is of high sensitivity and does meet the requirements of residual oil FCC technology. Some comments on its application and improvement are also given.
