摘要
本文介绍了BaTiO3 粉体主要制备技术及最新进展。指出液相化学合成法是现阶段制备BaTiO3 的主要方法 ,而作为液相法之一的直接沉淀法由于具有设备简单、操作方便、粉体粒径小、颗粒分布窄等优点有着诱人的工业应用前景。北京化工大学教育部超重力工程中心采用超重力法结合直接沉淀法在解决粉体粒径、粒度分布和工业化放大的问题上有了新的进展。
Barium titanate (BaTiO 3) is an important functional dielectric material The favorable phase structure of BaTiO 3 has made it most widely used as dielectric materials for the electronic industry The recent advancement in the preparation and synthesis of BaTiO 3 were reviewed in this paper The merit and drawback of these techniques will be highlighted and their impact on the development of dielectric material will be discussed A number of recent developments in the preparation of BaTiO 3 have been focused on liquid phase technique The shift to liquid phase preparation technique has simplified both the equipment and the operation procedures for BaTiO 3 production Particularly the obtained BaTiO 3 particles by direct precipitation method exhibits fine particle size and narrow size distribution Hence, the liquid phase technique has a promising prospect in future industrial application
