摘要
研制了CR-2W清净性薄板冷轧油,该油适用于串连机组轧制0.35mm以上的各种规格的带钢,具有优良的轧制清净性和润滑性,因而,可将轧制的带材直接退火而不需清净处理。经武汉钢铁公司1700mm五连轧机组长期试用,能满足冷轧各种带材的工艺润滑要求。性能优于国外同类油,能耗下降10～20%。
CR-2W detergent thin-plate cold-rolling oil has been formulated which is suitalbe for use in cold rolls for the production of all specification steel bands with thickness above 0.33mm. This oil has good rolling detergency and lubricity so that the rolled bands can be annealed directly without cleaning treatment. Long-period application on the 5-stage cold rolls of Wuhan Steel Company proves that CR-2W oil meets all the requirement for the lubrication of cold rolling and is comparable to foreign similar oil in performance.
