摘要
如何从原油(渣油)中取得大量催化裂化和蒸汽裂解制乙烯的原料是当前石油化工厂面临的重要课题之一。把延迟焦化、溶剂脱沥青、热处理、溶剂抽提等成熟的工艺与催化裂化和蒸汽裂解工艺恰当地联合起来,形成组合工艺,可在一定程度上实现这一目的。本文针对我国原油特性,通过试验提出了几种这类组合工艺。
To provide more feedstocks for catalytic cracker and ethylene craker fromthe crude oil(vacuum residue)is one of the main problems now facing thedomestic refineies and petrochemical plants.It can be alleviated by properlycombining the matured processes,such as delayed coking,solvent deasphlting,thermal treatment and solvent extraction,with catalytic cracking and steampyrolysis.Several such combination processes based on the characteristics ofdomestic crude oil and experimental results are presented in this articale.
