摘要
本文介绍了5号高强度一氧化碳助燃剂在乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂60×10~4t/a 催化裂化装置上的应用试验结果。标定数据和生产统计数据表明,与不规则粉状助燃剂相比,由于5号助燃剂强度高,筛分组成合理,其跑损量明显减少,在反应-再生系统中相对保留率较高,因而使用5号助燃剂可节省铂30~50%。换用5号助燃剂后,再生器温度比较稳定,有利于装置的平稳操作。
The performance of No.5 high-strength promoter for carbon monoxidecombustion was tested in a 60×10~4t/a FCCU.The results indicate that the lossof No.5 promoter from the reactor and the regenerator is much less than thatof the irregular powder promoter owing to the high strength and appropria-te size distribution of No.5 promoter,so that its inventory can be held muchhigher.As a result,the use of No.5 promoter can save the amount of platinumby 30~50%.For the same reason,the temperature of the regenerator is rela-tively more stable which is advantageous to the stable operation of FCCU.
