摘要
本文用正交设计法模拟吸收过程,用少量的模拟次数就可以找出影响吸收效果的主要因素。在此基础上,利用单因素图表法,可得出吸收效果随吸收油/富气(液气比)、理论板数、塔压、吸收油及入塔富气温度的变化关系。采用正交设计和图表分析法,能够指导吸收塔的设计和改造。
A simulating procedure using orthogonal design technique was proposed tofind the main factors affecting absorption performance with less simulations.In addition,the relationship between absorber performance and the moles oflean oil per mole wet gas,number of theoretical stages,tower pressure,and thetemperatures of lean oil and wet gas,were obtained by using a monotropicfactor graphic method.The proposed simulating procedure of ortnogona ldesignand graphic analysis method can be used for the design and revamp of absorp-tion units.
