摘要 兰州炼油化工总厂炼制研究所,采用新的制备工艺,研制出堆积密度适中的 LC-7半合成催化裂化催化剂。中试阶段,考察了固体粉末加入量、REY 沸石的质量、胶体过滤工序对催化剂性质的影响。首批工业试生产的300余吨 LC-7剂,实验室评价结果表明,其催化活性和选择性优于偏 Y-15剂,并达到或超过中试阶段的水平;经锦西炼油化工总厂第二套催化裂化装置使用和标定,表明 LC-7剂是一种适于加工较重原料的催化裂化催化剂新品种。 A new semi-synthesized cracking catalyst with moderate bulk density,LC-7,has been prepared by adopting new preparation process.The effects of theamount of solid powders added,the quality of REY zeolite and the colloidalfiltration step on the property of catalyst has been studied during the pilotplant production stage.The first batch of LC-7 catalyst(amounted more than300 tons)is evaluated in the laboratory,indicating that its catalytic activityand pruduct selectivity are both superior than the commercially used Y-15catalyst and are equivalent or better than the pilot plant product.Commercialapplication test in the No.2 FCC unit of Jinxi Refinery have shown thatLC-7 is an appropriate catalyst for the cracking of heavier feedstock.
