摘要
对石油环烷酸精制过程中脱油及分离脂肪酸的几个问题进行了讨论,指出通常的减压蒸馏及馏出物皂化酸化脱油工艺是一种简便可行的方法,脱油率可达85m%以上,对于某些需要脱除脂肪酸的原料尚可采用溶剂冷冻或尿素络合工艺,其分离脂肪酸的效果足以满足涂料工业用精制环烷酸质量指标的要求.文章对络合工艺条件对分离脂肪酸效果的影响也进行了讨论.
Some problems involving deoiling and separation of aliphatic acids from petroleum naphthenic acids in the refining process of petroleum naphthenic acids are discussed, showing that the traditional method of distillation followed by soaponification and acidification of the distillates is a simple and convinent process to separate oil from petroleum naphthenic acids. The deoiling efficiency-deoiled of this process is higher than 85m%. Solvent-freezing or urea complex method can be used when the separation of aliphatic acids from the distillates of petroleum naphthenic acids is needed. The separation efficiency of there two methods is high enough to meet the specification of refined-naphthenic acid used in paint industry. The effects of some process variables on the efficiency of urea complex method are also discussed.
