摘要
针对目前大多数电厂胶球清洗装置都采用定期和间断的运行方式这一不合理情况,提出了一个新的凝汽器清洁度优化管湮模型。该模型建立在污垢热阻随时间变化的函数的基础上,针对性地考虑了凝汽器水侧脏污对汽轮机组运行经济性的影响以及凝汽器清洗装置的运行费用,并以此来确定凝汽器的最佳清洗周期。该模型具有准确性高、易于求解的特点,对电厂的经济运行有很好的指导作用。
In many power plants, condenser cleanings are put into operation with fixed cleaning time and cleaning intenal, which are usually inadequate. In this paper, we propose a new optimal management model to improve the operation. Based on the fouling resistance curve, the new model considers both the efficiency losses caused by condenser water-side fouling and the cost for operating condenser cleaning equipment. The optimal cleaning period calculated with the new model will improve the economy of the power plants.
