摘要
机械修理行业产生的高浓油皂洗涤废水中含大量的油、皂、未失效的清洗剂及其他成分 ,水处理难度较大。笔者在小试及中试基础上确定了破乳除油皂、回收清洗剂的资源化工艺路线 。
Wastewater released from mechanical repair industry contains high concentrations of oil,soap,active cleanser and other components that are extremely difficult to remove,isolate and treat.This study serves to provide a solution to this problem where demulsification and cleanser recovery technology is proposed for the treatment of such wastewater.The technical route chosen and operational parameters are based on several trials and tests conducted at laboratory and pilot plant levels.
