简述餐饮业油烟的污染现状、危害及治理技术的应用。
The paper summarizes the present situation of the pollution of the oil smoke,the harm and the development of the technologies of its harness.Acording to the design of ventilation and exhaust of the oil smoke in the restaurant kitchen,then advances on the harness measure plan of perfecting purified technology.
