摘要
目的建立水环境中苯酚、苯二酚和苯三酚的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法应用固相萃取 (SPE)技术处理样品 ,反相高效液相色谱法 (RP_HPLC)测定酚类化合物。结果苯酚分析选择波长270nm、流量0.5ml/min ,测定苯酚线性范围为0 1~10.0μg/L、其精密度为0 012~0.057、准确度98 3 %~106 % (回收率 )、检测限为0 1μg/L ,从而建立起快速测试水中苯酚的分析方法。同时对间苯二酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚、苯三酚的测定的检测限分别为0 11、0 13、0 11、0 14μg/L。结论高效液相色谱法测定酚类化合物具有准确度高、灵敏度高、选择性好。
Objective To establish a quick,simple and high_efficiency_low_consuming RP_HPLC method to test phenol,benzenediol and benzenetriol in environmental waters.Methods Applying SPE technology to treat,to separate samples,phenolic compounds in water were determined by RP_HPLC.Results The analytical conditions for phenol were selected as wave length 270 nm and flow rate 0.5 ml/min.Linear scope ranged from 0.1 to 10 μg/L,precision ranged from 0.012 to 0.057(RSD),accuracy ranged from 98.3% to 106%(recovery rate) with detection limit at 0.1 μg/L.At the same time research was done on m_benzenediol(resorcinol)?o_benzenediol(pyrocatechol)?p_benzenediol(hydroquihone)?benzenetriol with detection limits at 0.11?0.13?0.11?0.14 μg/L respectively.Conclusion This method was simple and quick to operate.The analytical methods of phenol,benzendiol and benzenetriol had advantages with high accuracy?sensitivity and selectivity.
