生态信息科学的理论框架初探 被引量:13

摘要 生态信息科学作为生态学与信息科学交叉的新兴学科 ,是人们认识和管理生态系统的基础和有效手段 ,已经得到了学术界的普遍关注。该文在讨论生态信息科学产生的科学背景的基础上、初步探讨了生态信息科学的理论框架和生态信息技术及其应用等问题 ,还分析指出了发展生态信息科学所面临的主要问题。在生态信息科学的主要研究内容中 ,我们从生态信息科学的机理、技术和应用等 3方面进行了初步阐述 ,进一步讨论了生态信息获取、管理、分析和传播等生态信息技术问题。 As a newly emerged interdisciplinary science between ecology and information science, eco-informatics is the basis for the research and management of ecosystem,which has gained increasing attention withinacademic domain.In this paper,we discuss the scientific background of eco-informatics development,upon which the theoretical framework of eco-informatics,as well as the ecological information technology consisting of information access,managemtn,analysis and broadcast and its application,is presented.Furthermore,the main research contents of eco-informatics composed of mechanics,technology and application are illustrated preliminarily.
