摘要
针对秦皇岛市区的系统特征 ,应用SD MOP整合模型方法对其进行了生态环境系统规划研究 .从该市生态系统的结构和功能模拟入手 ,建立城市生态环境系统动力学模型 .通过模型的原始运行和灵敏度分析 ,寻找出对城市发展影响较大的敏感点及与之相应的参变量 ,以之为核心建立多目标规划模型 ,求解MOP模型 ,获取敏感点最优解集 ;根据模型的解 ,针对具体情况设计模拟运行方案 ,与决策者进行交互 ,取得系统发展的优化规划方案 .并对方案实施后的社会、经济。
The article disscussed the urban eco\|environmental planning within the context of Qinhuangdao, based on the application of Dynamic Optimum (SD MOP) integrated model. The research started with simulating analysis of the urban structure and function of urban ecosystem, and then the dynamic model of the urban eco\|environmental system was constructed. By running the model and the sensible analysis, the sensible points and related variables, which are defind as the main factors of influencing on the urban development, were indentified and the MOP model was constructed based on those sensible points and related variables. Then out the soulation of MOP was searched out by computer. The optimum planning proposal of urban development was formulated according the solution of the model and comments from decision makers. In the assumption of the implementation of formulated planning proposal, the social, economic as well as the environmental responses can be estimated.
