集成在企业管理领域不断被赋予新的涵义,供应链的竞争力就在很大程度上取决于集成的模式和效率。本文认为,高效的集成化供应链是建立在信息技术有力支持的基础上的,不同阶段信息技术基础上的供应链具有不同的集成模式和效率。虽然国内大多数企业处于集成化初级阶段,但由于因特网技术的迅速发展和应用特点,国内企业可以实现跨越式发展,直接建成面向互联网的高级集成化供应链。

Integration is getting more and more meanings in the area of enterprise management.For example,the performance of a supply chain usually depends on its integration degree.Information technology,whose dramatic development has led to the prosperity of electronic commerce,is the base of a effective integrated supply chain.This paper puts forward the concept of Integrated Supply Chain.It also gives corresponding Integrated Supply Chain models in the environment of electronic commerce and analyzes on their operating and cooperating mechanism for different levels of information technology.
