黄连温胆汤加减配合西药治疗急性病毒性心肌炎临床观察

Clinical observing Huanglian Wendan Tang and west medicine treating acute viral myocarditis

目的 观察黄连温胆汤加减配合西药治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 将 1 92例患者随机分为治疗组 1 2 8例和对照组 64例。对照组 64例采用心肌营养剂辅以抗心律失常药物治疗。治疗组用黄连温胆汤加减治疗 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎口服 ,再加西药心肌营养剂。均治疗 3～ 6个月 ,观察 2组治疗后主要症状、体征及心电图等情况。结果 治疗组 3个月总有效率 30 % ,6个月总有效率 92 % ;对照组 3个月总有效率 1 7% ,6个月总有效率 34%。2组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组主要症状、体征、心电图恢复正常比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Huanglian Wendan Tang combined with west medicine in treating acute viral myocarditis.Method 192 cases were ranomly allocated into the therapeutic group (128 cases)and the control group(64 cases).The control group were given myocardial nutrient and antiarrhythmic.The therapeutic group were given Huanglian Wendan Tang one close per day and myocardial nutrient.All were treated 3～6 months.We observed the symptom,sign and EKG.Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group was 30% after 3 months,and 92% after 6 months.The effective rate of the control group was 17% after 3 months and 34% after 6 months.We compared the recovery of sympton,sign and EKG of the two groups.It has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan Tang combined with west medicine treating acute viral myocarditis has definite curative effect.
