枸杞叶治疗复发性口疮的临床观察

Clinical observation on Fructus Lycii leaves in treating recurrent aphtha

目的 观察枸杞叶治疗复发性口疮的疗效。方法 采用单盲、随机、对照方法 ,将 2 68例复发性口疮患者分为治疗组 1 34例 ,采用枸杞叶治疗 ;对照组 1 34例 ,采用牛黄解毒片治疗。 2组均连服 7日观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 96.2 6% ,对照组总有效率为5 2 .2 4 % (P<0 .0 1 ) ,2组比较具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 枸杞叶治疗复发性口疮疗效满意 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fructus Lycii leaves on recurrent aphtha. Methods 268 patients were randomly classified into two groups by single blind, random and comparison method.134 patients in treatment group were treated with Fructus Lycii leaves;134 patients in control group were treated with Niuhuangjiedu tablet, with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96.26%) was significantly higher than that in control group (52.24%, P<0.01). Conclusion Fructus Lycii leaves can produce satisfactory therapeutic effect on recurrent aphtha, but its mechanism remains to be studied further.
