肾癌组织中CD44V6和nm23-H1蛋白表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨评估肾细胞癌预后因素的指标。方法 应用原位杂交技术检测 60例肾癌组织中CD44V 6mRNA和nm 2 3 H 1mRNA表达情况。结果 肾癌组织中CD44V 6mRNA和nm 2 3 H 1mRNA表达阳性率分别为 71.7%和 5 6.7%。肾细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移与CD44V 6mRNA高表达和nm 2 3 H 1mRNA低表达有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD44V 6mRNA表达与nm 2 3 H 1mRNA表达呈负相关性 (P <0 .0 5 ,γ =-0 .42 )。结论 CD44V 6mRNA高表达和nm 2 3 H 1mRNA低表达对判断肾细胞癌分化程度。 Objective TO study the prognostic predictor for renal cell carinoma.Methods The expressions of CD44V6 mRNA and nm23 H1 mRNA in 60 cases of renal tumors were detected by in situ hybridization method.Results The positive rate of CD44V6 mRNA and nm23 H1 mRNA was 71.7% and 56.7% respectively.Histologic grading,clinical staging and metastasis potential of renal cell carcinoma were corralated with the high level expression of CD44V6 mRNA and the low level expression of nm23 H1 mRNA( P < 0.05) .The expression of CD44V6 mRNA was negatively correlated with the expression of nm23 H1 mRNA( P < 0.05, γ=-0.42).Conclusion The high level expression of CD44V6 mRNA and the low level expression of nm23 H1 mRNA might be some referenced indicator in evaluating differentiation of the tumor and in predicting lymph nodes metastasis.
