摘要
探讨了原位聚合法制备分散染料微胶囊时,造壁剂滴加速度、系统调节剂MS用量及分散剂种类对染料微胶囊粒径和分布情况的影响.结果表明:造壁剂滴加速度为0.5ml/min时,平均粒径最小(d=3.2635μm),分布最窄;系统调节剂MS用量80%~100%(owf)时平均粒径变小(d=3.7413~3.5643μm),用量过大会导致胶囊缔合;分散剂NNO对染料微胶囊分散效果最为显著。
The effect of dripping speed of microcapsule wall forming agent, the dosage of system regulator MS and type of dispersing agent on the particle size and distribution of microcapsutated dye during preparing it by in-situ polymerization. The result has indicated that average particle size is smallest (d=3.2635μm)and distribution narrowest when the dripping speed of microcapsule wall forming agent is 0.5ml/ min. Average particle size become smaller(d=3.7413~3.5643μm) when the dosage of system regulator MS is 80%~100%(owf). Too large a dosage of it will lead to association of microcapsules. Dispersing agent NNO has excellent effect in dispersing microcapsulated dyes, making the particle size smaller and distribution more concentrated.
