摘要
利用线性体氨基硅油聚合原理合成了原油,然后将其与乳化剂以质量比2∶1混合,高速搅拌制成20 %含固量的线性体氨基硅油微乳液.将该微乳液与采用DMC、进口D4等按同样方法制成的氨基硅油微乳液进行了性能对比试验,结果表明:利用线性体制作的氨基硅油同时兼有羟基硅油和氨基硅油的性能,其硅油微乳液具有极好的滑爽性和柔软性.
The crude oil was synthesized utilizing the polymerization principle of linear aminosilicone oil. Then the resultant product was mixed with emulsifying agent at mass ratio of 2∶1 while stirring at high speed, thus obtained linear aminosilicone oil microemulsion with 20% solid content. Comparison experiments on performance characteristics of this product with other aminosilicone oil emulsions prepared with DMC and imported D4 by the same method showed that aminosilicone oil prepared with linear compound had the properties of both hydroxysilicone oils and aminosilicone oils. Its silicone oil microemulsion possessed excellent smoothness and softness.
