摘要
浆料配方中所使用的助剂在浆液中所起的作用除弥补主浆料性能不足之外 ,还能协助主浆料更好地发挥浆液的物化性能 ,从而提高浆纱质量。目前浆料中所用的助剂———柔软剂、平滑剂、渗透剂、抗静电剂、消泡剂等大多数系表面活性剂 ,应根据浆液的性能正确选择这些助剂。一般常用的助剂主要是阴离子型和非离子型两类 ,重点介绍了这两类表面活性剂的主要物化性能和应用性能。
Besides function of remedying the deficiency of main sizing agent which are used in sizing formula, assistants can help main sizing agent develop its physical & chemical performance of sizing paste and improve the sizing quality. Assistants used in sizing agent at present --softening agent, lubricating agent, penetrating agent,antistatic agent and defoaming agent etc are surface active agents, we should select them reasonably on account of the sizing paste performance. Two type assistants that are used widely are anionic surface active agents and nonionic surface active agents, the physical & chemical performance and the application performance of them are introduced in detail.
