在卷烟生产中 ,叶丝结构中 >3.2mm和 <1.4mm叶丝的比例是衡量制丝线加工水平的一个重要工艺参数。制丝线中的每个工序环节对叶丝结构都有一定的影响 ,但来料叶片结构对叶丝结构起决定性的作用。通过试验 ,对这两者之间的关系进行了探讨 ,发现 >12 .7mm的叶片对 >3.2mm的叶丝有显著影响 ,≤ 12 .7mm的叶片对≤ 1.

The proportion of >3.2mm and <1.4mm mesh particles in cut tobacco is an important technical parameter for evaluating the performance of primary processing. Each step in the primary processing has different influences, however, the size of lamina has a key contribution to the size distribution of cut tobacco. The relationships between particle sizes of lamina and cut tobacco are discussed. The results show that >12.7mm or ≤12.7mm mesh lamina has a significant influence on >3.2mm or ≤1.4mm cut tobacco, respectively.
