摘要 以豆汁葡萄糖培养基、麦麸蔗糖培养基、酪蛋白葡萄糖培养基、黄豆粉培养基和玉米粉培养基在液体培养条件下对根霉CS825菌株酯化活性的影响进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,以玉米粉培养基最佳 ,菌丝干重可达14.5g/L,酯化率达98 % ;500ml三角瓶的装量以150ml为佳 ,培养温度以28℃最为适宜 ,发酵时间以72h为宜。(一平) The Research on the effects of bean & glucose culture medium, wheat bran & sucrose culture medium, casein & glucose culture medium, soy flour culture medium and corn flour culture medium under liquid culture conditions on esterification activity of Rhizopus CS825 strains was conducted, and the results indicated that the corn flour culture medium was the best with the dry weight of mycelial achieving 14.5 g/L and esterification rate achieving 98 %, the suitable volume for 500 ml triangle bottle was 150 ml, the optimal temperature for culture was at 28 ℃, and the best fermentation period was 72 h.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
