大麦型饲粮中添加GXC酶对生长肥育猪生长、消化的影响及其机理探讨 被引量:9

摘要 选择 90头体重约 33kg的“杜长大”杂交仔猪 ,按饲养试验要求分成 3组 ,其中一组饲喂玉米 -豆粕型饲粮 ,另外二组分别饲喂含 0和 0 .2 %GXC的大麦 -豆粕型饲粮 ,进行了为期 84天的饲养试验 ,在试验后期进行了消化试验、采样分析。饲养试验结果显示 ,添加GXC使日增重提高了 7.19% (P <0 .0 1) ,料重比降低了 8.77% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;消化试验表明 ,饲粮中添加GXC酶饲料干物质、粗脂肪和粗蛋白的表观消化率分别提高了 2 6 .84 % (P <0 .0 1)、14 .97% (P <0 .0 5 )和 16 .5 5 (P <0 .0 1)。添加GXC使十二指肠内容物粘度、粪中大肠杆菌数、腹泻频率分别较大麦对照组降低了 12 .2 7% (P <0 .0 5 )、5 3.10 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 4 7.39% (P <0 .0 5 )。消化性能指标分析显示 ,添加GXC酶组十二脂肠内容物总蛋白水解酶活性、脂肪酶活性较大麦对照组提高了 1.6 5倍 (P<0 .0 5 )和 2 .94倍 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,空肠绒毛的高度及绒毛高宽比分别提高了 5 4.17% (P <0 .0 5 )和 1.6 1倍 (P <005 )。 Nighty growing pigs (Duroc×Yorkshire×Landdrace) were used to study the effects of adding GXC (including β-glucanase,xylanase and cellulase) in barley-based diets on growth performance and digestion of growing-finishing pigs.The results showed that with the supplementation of GXC,ADG increased by 7.19%(P<0.01) and F/G decreased by 8.77%(P<0.05);feed apparent digestibilities of DM,EE,CP increased by 26.84%(P<0.01),14.97(P<0.05) and 16.55%(P<0.01) respectively;the viscosity of small intestinal contents,numbers of E.coli.in feaces and diarrhoea morbidity decreased by 12.27%(P<0.05),53.10%(P<0.05) and 47.39%(P<0.05) respectively;the activities of protelytic enzyme and lipase in duodenal contents increased by 1.65 times (P<0.05) and 2.94 times(P<0.05) respectively;the height and ratios of height to width of jejunal villus increased by 54.17% and 1.61 times(P<0.05) respectively.
