用SZ法测试焊缝金属延性断裂韧度的研究

Study on the Ductile Fracture Toughness of Weld Metal Using Stretched Zone Testing Method

采用SZ法对焊缝金属的延性断裂韧度进行了测定并作了线性回归分析 ,分析了SZ法的特点 ,并对其关键技术作了探讨。最后建议对于高延性材料采用SZ法 。

The ductile fracture toughness of weld metal is determined by stretched zone, and the linear regression analysis is carried out. Analysis of character and key technology of stretched zone method is investigated.Finally, determination of ductile fracture toughness of high ductile metal using stretched zone and determination of critical fracture toughness by the point of intersection of the crack resistance curves and realistic blunting line are suggested.
