摘要
本文系统阐述了控制某装备直列四缸发动机的轿车的车内噪声的系统方法。首先通过试验分析确定发动机二阶振动是引起车内噪声的主要振源,识别出发动机固体振动向车内传递的传递途径,并且确定了对车内噪声有较大贡献的车身板件。在此基础上,通过对发动机、副车架悬置系统的橡胶支承元件弹性特性的修改控制发动机振动向车内的传递;通过对车身顶棚结构板件的动力修改控制车身板件的振动。对改样整车的试验得到满意的降噪结果。
This paper presents the systematic and practical research on the interior noise control in a front wheel-drive car equipped with a four cylinder in-line engine. The experimental analysis result shows that the major source of interior noise is the second harmonic of the engine vibration, which is transmitted to the body through the engine mount,and that most of the interior noise is attributed to the vibration of the roof panel. Based on these results, modifications were made to both the engine mount and the roof panel structure with due regard to practicality and ease of production. It was found that the new noise level represents a reduction of approximately 1.5 dB(A) and the sound quality is effectively improved.
