摘要
介绍将积分分离的 PID控制算法应用于可编程控制器对液位系统进行控制 ,通过与 DDZ 型电动组合仪表的传统 PID控制方法的实验结果比较 ,验证了数字积分分离 PID在液位控制中的优势 。
An integral-separated PID control algorithm was proposed for PLC and used to level control. This algorithm was compared with the traditional PID used in DDZⅢactuator. The results prove the advantage of proposed algorithm in the level control. The algorithm provide a new method to improve the present experimental setup and method.
