在社会主义市场经济的新形势下,只有认真贯彻依法征费的方针,不断完善征费管理机制,才能多征费、征好费,从而更好地为国家的经济建设服务。
Under the development of the socialism market economy the traffic tolling system has to be improved only abiding by and carrying out the traffic tolling rules and regulations. Based on the author's practice discussion is made on the formations of tolling and on the related management.
