摘要 针对传统温度测控系统测温点数少、系统兼容性及扩展性均较差的特点,运用主从分布式和总线分布式多机通讯思想,提出并设计了一种独特的可用于大规模多点温度测量的巡回检测系统、该系统采用RS-485串行通讯标准,通过上位微机发出控制指令,由各下位单片机进行现场温度采集,然后送回微机进行数据处理,具有巡检速度快、扩展性好、成本低的特点。 Aiming at the characteristics of few detected points, less compatibility and expansibility of the traditional temperature detecting system, this paper applies the ideas of distributed multi-computers communication and presents a special kind of large scale multi-points temperature circle detecting system. This system makes use of the RS-485 serial communication standard. The control instructions are sent by the upper computer and received by all the SCMs, then the detected data in the field are sent back to computer to process. Hence, the system has the characteristics of fast circle detecting, good expansibility and low cost.
