摘要
介绍了以蔗糖和果糖为原料 ,以无水氯化锌 -磷酸 -五氧化二磷为催化剂先合成前体 β - 2 ,3:4,6 -二异丙叉呋喃果糖 (Ⅰ ) ,进而被氧化生成植物生长抑制剂二凯古拉酸 (Ⅱ )的方法。试验结果表明二凯古拉酸的产率约为 70 %。
The synthesis of dikeglulic acid,being an important plant growth inhibitator,was reported by fructose and sucrose under the catalysis of anhydrous ZnCl 2-85%H 3PO 4-P 2O 5. The first step is synthesis of β-2,3:4,6-diisopropyllidene fructose ,then it is oxidized to dikeglulic acid. The yield of β-2,3:4,6-diisopropyllidene fructose is about 70%.
