摘要
为研究渣油催化裂化过程动力学,本文建立了具有专门的原料油液雾蒸发单元的下行式催化裂化中型试验装置。该装置的主要特点是高效的原料油雾化系统、可调流量的灼热催化剂进料系统、专门的原料油液雾蒸发单元和反应器与再生器各自独立的操作方式。采用CRC-1分子筛催化剂,以大庆常压渣油为原料,在上述的中型装置上,对裂化过程的一些重要的初期动力学因素:原料的雾化与汽化、催化剂进入温度、催化剂与进料混合区温度等进行了较深入的考察,证明该装置具有良好的性能,是研究渣油催化裂化的过程动力学的有力工具。
A downflow transfer reactor system with special vaporization zone for studying dynamics of the initial period of resid catalytic cracking process was designed and set up. The main characteristics of this pilot plant are: a highly efficient atomization system for the feedstock, a controllable feeder system for hot catalyst, and the regenerator operation being independent of the reactor.With CRC-1 zeolite catalyst and Daqing reduced crude as feedstock, effects of some imp ortant variables in the initial period of resid catalytic cracking process were examined, including: atomization and vaporization of the feedstock, the temperature of inlet catalyst, the temperature of the mixing zone for the feedstock and catalyst, etc. The results showed that the said pilot plant is an useful tool for studying the dynamics of resid catalytic cracking.
