β-环糊精对柴胡挥发油包结工艺的研究

以包结率为指标 ,采用正交试验设计 ,考察 β CD对柴胡挥发油包结的最佳工艺 ,结果为每 10 0g生药用5 gβ CD于 40℃包结 3小时。

The best processing technology of Bupleurum chinese DC oil-β-cyclo dextrin inclusion compound was studied by inclusion rate by orthogonal design.Result showed that 100g medicine should be included with 5g β-CD at 40℃ for three hours.
