环境水样中磷的微波测定法

摘要 研究了利用微波新技术 ,在密闭容器内 ,对样品进行微波加热—压力消解 ,快速测定环境水样中的总磷量。讨论了微波功率、微波时间、酸度等因素对测定结果的影响 ,与标准方法相对照 ,经t—检验法及F—检验法检验 ,没有显著性差异 ,多次加标回收率在 97.5~ 10 1.9%之间 ,相对标准偏差≤ 1.3%,结果令人满意。该法具有操作简便、快速、省时、省力、经济、不污染环境、也不易被环境污染、宜于大批量样品的测定、便于推广普及等优点。为水样中总磷量的测定 ,提供了一个快速、准确、简便的分析方法 ,亦可借鉴于其它样品的分析测定。 This paper studied a new method by using the technology of microwave heating, digestion under the pressure in a closed vessel high-speed to measure total phosphorus content in environmental water samples, and it has discussed the effect of analysis result by microwave power, time, acidity etc. Contrasted with standard method, using t-test and f-test to check up the result, there was no significant difference. The results were satisfactory. This method had many advantages, such as easy to operate; savable in time, labor and money. In addition, it didn't pollute the environment, was appropriate for batch analysis and easy to spread etc. Furthermore, it provided an accurate, simple and high-speed analysis method for the measurement of total phosphorus content in environmental water samples and can be used for analysis of other samples.
