摘要
本文以甲基环成烷和正己烷在氢流中的转化反应为探针,研究铂催化剂的金属功能和酸功能在烷烃反应中所起的作用及其与反应温度的关系。结果表明,催化剂双功能性质的体现依赖于反应温度。当反应温度低于450℃时,酸性中心的作用很弱,金属与载体间的相互作用直接影响金属的性质,从而成为决定催化剂反应性能的主要因素;当反应温度高于450℃时,由于铂表面的积碳而失去一定的金属活性,而载体的酸功能活性却大大增加,于是金属与载体间相互作用成为催化反应的主要因素,正己烷反应才遵循典型的双功能机理。
The temperature dependence of catalytic properties of Pt/Al_2O_3 has been investigated by the pulse reaction of MCP and n-hexane in the presence of H_2. The results indicate that the bifunctional property of Pt/Al_2O_3 depends on the reaction temperature. With temperature below 450℃, the interaction between metal component and support is the main effecting factor for the catalytic property of Pt catalyst because of the weak acidic function. The support sufficiently displays its acidic function only at temperatures above 450℃, while the effect of interaction between metal and support on catalytic activity gradually disappears because of the deactivation of Pt by coking. The conversion of n-hexane, however, follows the bifunctional mechanism.
