摘要
用硼酸水溶液对HZSM-5沸石催化剂进行了处理,以甲苯-乙醇烷基化反应为探针反应,考察了催化剂的择形催化反应性能。采用XRD_4 IR和TPD方法,对硼酸水溶液处理的改性机理及其对择形催化反应性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,硼酸水溶液处理加速了沸石骨架脱铝;同时,硼化物覆盖了表面酸中心,堵塞了孔道,因而提高了反应的选择性;并且形成了相对适量的中等强度L酸中心,从而提高了催化剂的稳定性。
HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was treated with aqueous H_3BO_3 and the catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts was investigated by the alkylation of toluene with ethanol. The modification machanism and its effect on catalytic activity were studied by using XRD, IR and TPD. The results showed that the dealumination of zeolite ,was accelerated by aqueous H_3BO_3 treatment. At the same time, boride thus formed covered the surface acid sites and blocked the pores and channels, leading to higher para-selectivity. The formation of relatively proper amount of mecius strength L acid sites improved the stability of catalyst.
